Treadmill Belt Not Moving

The Issue
The console powers on perfectly, you press start, but the belt refuses to move. The motor may hum, or you might hear clicking sounds, but there's zero belt movement.
Common Causes
Drive belt disconnected or broken
Walking belt too loose or too tight
Motor seized or failing
Controller board not sending signal to motor
Drive motor capacitor failure (common in UAE heat)
DIY Troubleshooting Steps
Step 1: Check Walking Belt Tension Lift the center of the walking belt. You should be able to lift it 2-3 inches (5-7 cm) off the deck. If you can lift it more than 4 inches, it's too loose.
Step 2: Tighten the Belt Locate the rear roller adjustment bolts (usually Allen head bolts at the back). Turn BOTH bolts clockwise by 1/4 turn at a time, keeping them even. Test after each adjustment.
Step 3: Inspect the Drive Belt Unplug the treadmill completely. Remove the motor cover (usually held by 4-6 screws). Look for a rubber belt connecting the motor to the front roller. If it's broken, loose, or missing, this is your problem.
Step 4: Manual Roller Test With power off, try to manually rotate the front roller. It should turn relatively smoothly. If it's completely stuck, the motor may be seized.
Step 5: Listen for Motor Sounds Turn the treadmill on and press start. Listen carefully:
Humming but no movement = drive belt issue or seized motor
Clicking = controller board or motor connection problem
Complete silence = power not reaching motor
